- Animal Group Informational Group
- Internet access on iPads
- Popplet Word Web Rubric
Lesson - 15-20 min
1. Explain to the class they will be partnering up with their big kid partner to create the Popplet word web. 2. Students will need to pick which animal family they wish to do. 3. Expectations should be gone over before hand about who will be doing the work and how the big kid job is to help with direction they may have forgotten how to do. 4. Word Web Requirement
Student Activity - 20-30min
1. Students will spend the rest of the 1st day looking for pictures for their Popplet Word Web is this was not finished the day before & becoming familiar with how the Popplet App works. 2. Students will spend the 2nd day creating their Popplet word web.
3. Students & Helpers will need to go over the rubric together before printing or submitting to the teacher.
